Account deletion

In the app

1. Open Tasklet House and go to Settings.
2. In the user section, choose Delete account.
3. If you own groups that have other members, choose who takes them over.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

Without access to the app

Write to contact@tasklet.house from the e-mail address of the account and ask for the account to be deleted. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What gets deleted

• Your name and e-mail address - immediately, and your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication) is deleted.
• Your membership in all groups. Groups with other members go to the successor you choose; items you added stay on the shared list.
• Groups without other members - deleted together with the account; their shopping lists are permanently erased after 30 days.
• Server logs and backups - overwritten within 30 days.
